Vietnam is a big coffee producer. Surprisingly most coffee you get in restaurants is INSTANT!! and doesn't even taste like coffee. I tried some brewed stuff that was only "OK." The cool thing is supposed to be this coffee that has been run through the digestive tract of a weasel. In the movie "Bucket List" Jack Nicholson raves about weasel shit coffee from Vietnam. Pricey at $18/pound. I bought some but haven't tried it yet
